Employment History (Partial)

By Sera Gamble

I'm naked again on a horse for minimum wage.

My pain tolerance is insanely high.

It’s good for business

for a haunted house

to pretend to be

a home.

Watch, bite me. See?

It’s no trouble. It’s my pleasure.

The nature of nature is erosion.

The beauty of modern medicine

is that they can remove anything

and have you back to work

before the end of the month.

My special skill is swallowing

anything that would make a mess.

It’s not a problem. Don’t mention it.
